Numerly Privacy Statement
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Numerly is built for people who are trusted with someone else's finances — so we hold ourselves to a simple standard: collect as little as possible, explain everything, and never sell your information. This statement describes what we collect on numerly.co today, while Numerly is in its early-access period.
Information we collect
Early-access signups. When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, the approximate number of wards you manage (if you choose to share it), which form on the page you used, and the time of signup.
Preferences stored on your device. Your theme choice (day or night) and your cookie-preference selections are stored in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
Infrastructure logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard, short-lived server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested — used for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use information
We use waitlist information only to:
— contact you about early access, launch timing, and founding pricing;
— prioritize which court formats and jurisdictions to build first, using aggregate ward counts;
— operate, secure, and improve this website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where data is stored
Waitlist records are stored in access-controlled, encrypted storage (Vercel Blob) in the United States. Access requires authenticated credentials held by Numerly.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist records until Numerly launches in your jurisdiction and you become a customer, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first. Records that are no longer needed are deleted.
Your rights and choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email hello@numerly.com from the address you signed up with and we'll confirm within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/EEA), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.
Children's privacy
numerly.co is a professional tool intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this statement
If we change this statement, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes after launch, we will notify waitlist members by email. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated statement.
