numerly.co describes Numerly, an upcoming software product for court-appointed fiduciaries, and lets you join an early-access waitlist. The site and the product are software tools: they do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or fiduciary advice, and nothing on this site creates an attorney–client or advisory relationship. Product descriptions, screenshots, and timelines are forward-looking and may change before launch.

Joining the waitlist reserves your interest — it is not a purchase, a service contract, or a guarantee of access, pricing, or launch date. Founding-rate offers, where mentioned, are honored for waitlist members when and where Numerly launches, subject to availability.

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to breach security, probe or overload our infrastructure, submit false information, scrape content at scale, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

The Numerly name, logo, site design, and all content on numerly.co are the property of Numerly, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the site; you may not reproduce or create derivative works from its content without our written permission.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Numerly, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We may update these terms as the product moves from early access to launch; the date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced to waitlist members by email. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept them.
